Real Estate Sales

As a real estate office, we are aware of the quarterly report released by the Cyprus Real Estate Registration Council, which states that the value of real estate sold in 2022 was €5.85 billion. However, the council predicts that 2023 will be a challenging year for the real estate market due to factors such as inflation, rising interest rates, and the cost of construction materials. Despite these predictions, we still believe that the Cyprus real estate market is a solid investment opportunity. According to data from the Land Registry, 22,129 transactions were recorded in 2022, with the fourth quarter being the best of the year. Limassol, Nicosia, Paphos, Larnaca, and Famagusta are the top cities for real estate transactions. Our office has a wide range of properties available in these areas, and we are dedicated to assisting potential buyers in finding the perfect property to suit their needs and budget. We believe that the real estate market will continue to be influenced by supply and demand and will remain stable in 2023.
